One Community Pod Three

Pod 3 will be mostly homes with a few rentals and will consist of 20-30 cob homes built to represent the 3rd, or navel center, chakra and the element of fire (“ka” or “hi” in the Japanese system and “huǒ” in the Chinese system). As such, this pod will center around a massive community fire pit (possibly with groupings of homes as seen above) and a beautiful stone art structure. Distinctive 3rd chakra yellow accents will be integrated into all the designs centered around the fire theme and capitalizing on the diversity and artistic expression that is possible with cob.
