EDUCATION FOR LIFE EVALUATION AND EVOLUTION

This page will be our specific portfolio creation and collaborative evaluation and evolution process used for self-improvement and improvement of all aspects of the education program.

● “Creative Check-in”: Creatively check in (Formative Assessment) to see if the other person/student understands what has been taught – having them repeat it back, reword it, answer questions (exit cards can be answered and handed in on the way out the door), or apply the knowledge helps both individuals (teachers and students) monitor progress, adapt lesson strategy, and incorporate feedback. "In order to change an existing paradigm you do not struggle to try and change the problematic model.

You create a new model and make the old one obsolete. That, in essence, is the higher service to which we are all being called."
